Security Bank Capital Investment Corporation (Security Bank Capital), the investment banking arm of Security Bank Corporation, has been named the Philippines’ Best Investment Bank for Debt Capital Markets (DCM) at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2026.

The recognition follows the firm’s role in helping governments and companies raise more than PHP700 billion in long-term funding for critical public and private sector investments. In 2025, Security Bank Capital arranged 11 debt capital market transactions, expanding access to long-term financing and supporting the development of the Philippine capital market.

The firm advised on major government bond issuances, including the PHP300 billion 10-year benchmark Fixed Rate Treasury Notes (FXTN) and the PHP210 billion Retail Treasury Bond Tranche 31 (RTB 31). These transactions helped improve market liquidity, establish pricing benchmarks, and broaden investor participation in government securities.

Security Bank Capital also advised and arranged major bond issuances for Bank of Commerce, SM Prime Holdings, Filinvest Land, Aboitiz Power, Ayala Land, Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, Petron Corporation, and Security Bank Corporation. The transactions supported debt refinancing, business expansion, sustainability initiatives, and long-term growth.

Beyond public bond markets, the firm arranged PHP23.3 billion in private debt transactions, supporting projects related to energy security, infrastructure development, financial inclusion, and economic growth.

The Euromoney recognition adds to Security Bank Capital’s recent industry awards, including FinanceAsia’s Best DCM House, reinforcing its position in the Philippine debt capital market and its focus on providing financing solutions for businesses and institutions.
